My website gets lots of traffic but not many enquiries, why is this?

This could be down to a number of things. Here is a simple test…
Think of a keyword that your website ranks for; now pretend that you don't know anything about your company. Look at your website for 3 seconds then look away. Now; can you tell me what the website was about?? If the answer is no, neither can your customers. People are lazy and you have to remember this when you have your website designed. If people have to look for information, they will more than likely leave your site and go to one that show the information they are looking for.
There could of course be a number of reasons to why you're not generating work form your website…
Is your telephone number easy to find?
Is your website easy to navigate through
Do you sell your services properly?
Does your home page say enough about you?
